1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may be marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance, final sale)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@anitashop.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service

We do not accept returns sent without prior approval

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
