At AnitaShop, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the following information to understand how our shipping process works.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—watch for announcements on our homepage.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order status directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
Wait 24 hours in case of late delivery scan
Contact us at support@anitashop.store for assistance
While we’re not liable for lost packages after confirmed delivery, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and items, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
